1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ak111 platform and its users. By visiting the ak111 website (https://ak111.cam), creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register on and use the ak111 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must create only one account — multiple accounts are not allowed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not it was authorized. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your contact address, email, or payment method), you must update your account settings immediately or inform the support team. ak111 will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Each person may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, family, household address, device, or IP address is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available for deposits at ak111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in investigation and account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification is complete. However, in some cases it may take a little longer due to identity verification or additional security checks.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal may be restricted if deposited funds have not been wagered at least once.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on ak111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees may apply at the time of deposit or withdrawal, as determined by the relevant payment provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ak111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x (you must wager 15 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit amount). The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable on the ak111 platform only — they cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• ak111 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• VIP members receive additional cashback benefits according to their tier.

5.3 VIP Program

ak111's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Platinum (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Regular play gives you the opportunity to move up to higher tiers. ak111 reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games on ak111 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Once placed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is a technical error.
• Bet outcomes resulting from a technical error or system failure may be considered void.
• ak111 is not responsible for issues caused by power outages or loss of internet connection.
• ak111 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious bet and cancel it if necessary.
• The game providers' own rules may also apply.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak111 platform:

• Fraudulent activity, cheating, or attempting to gain an advantage through any other illegal means.
• Playing using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or attempting to defraud them.
• Impersonating ak111 staff.
• Attempting to access the platform as a user from a restricted region.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• If the account holder is proven to be a minor.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any legitimate funds in your balance before closing your account. Active bonuses will be cancelled after account closure.
